Do I really need both a Bookkeeper and an Accountant?

 


           Definitely, in my experience, I believe it’s best and practical that you maintained a Bookkeeper for                     your company. If you want to know the financial health of your company, then you have to have a                     bookkeeper.Your CPA or accountant advises you on tax matters and helps you file your taxes. Your                 bookkeeper help you organized everything, enters and classifies your transactions and provides up to               date financial reports. In some cases, your CPA/accountant will act as your bookkeeper; while charging             you double, or sometimes triple, of what we charge. Together, we form an important team that works in             the best interest of your business. In addition to providing strategic consulting, they can also ensure                   that your books are correct, up-to-date, and ready for tax time.
 

 

Will my bank account information be safe using a cloud software?

 


          Yes, QuickBooks and Xero Online encrypt their data and files with the same process and security                      standards that your bank utilizes. We also have confidentiality agreements with everyone we work with              to ensure none of your information will ever be made public.
 

 

Are you completely virtual?

 


         Yes and No! Depending on your location. But most of the time the communication is handled via email,             phone, text, Hangouts and Zoom video conferencing. If you're local, within 1 hour, I'm happy to work on-            site and as-needed.
